The economics of fashion activities in Stockholm

The fashion activities in Stockholm generate almost 130 MSEK in the form of consumption and investments in the region. The marketing value of the press coverage amounts to 90 MSEK in ad value for the region each year. The activities importance for the fashion industries sales is in the multi billion SEK range. These are some of the results from a report commissioned by Association of Swedish Fashion Brands, The Swedish Fashion Council, Stockholm Modecenter and Agenturföretagen with the support of Stockholm Business Region Development.
