1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation of brands ("Participants") in the core schedule of Stockholm Fashion Week ("STHLMFW"), organized by the Association of Swedish Fashion Brands ("the ASFB"). By applying for and participating in STHLMFW, Participants agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Application process

1. Submission: Participants must submit their applications through the official STHLMFW application form by the specified deadline.
2. Data Collection: Information provided in the application will be used by STHLMFW and may be shared with relevant partners to process and evaluate applications.

• ASFB Member: Brands that are members of the ASFB are exempt from participation fees for STHLMFW.
• Non-ASFB Members: Brands that are not members of the ASFB are required to pay a participation fee based on their revenue, as follows:

4. Use of Imagery and Videography

• STHLMFW Rights: STHLMFW reserves the right to use any images and videos captured by our official photographers and videographers during shows and events for promotional purposes, including press releases, social media, and marketing materials.
• Third-Party Use: All captured content will be made available in the official image bank. Third parties may use these assets for editorial and social media purposes but must seek permission for commercial use.

5. Intellectual Property and Rights Clearance

• Participant Responsibility: Participants are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content used during their presentations, including music, visuals, and other media.
• Liability: The ASFB and STHLMFW are not liable for any claims arising from Participants’ failure to secure the appropriate rights. Any such claims will be directed to the respective Participant.

6. Backstage Access

• ASFB Staff Access: Authorised ASFB and STHLMFW staff, including photographers, videographers, and operational personnel, must be granted unrestricted access to backstage areas of all participating shows and events. This access is necessary for coordinating schedules, capturing official imagery, and ensuring compliance with event regulations.
• Compliance: Participants must accommodate ASFB staff as required and ensure that relevant personnel are informed about this access requirement.

7. Payment Terms

• Invoices: Participation fees for non-ASFB members will be invoiced upon acceptance into the official schedule.
• Payment Deadline: All fees must be paid by the specified deadlines to confirm participation.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations after the specified deadline may result in forfeiture of fees.
• Cancellation by STHLMFW: STHLMFW reserves the right to revoke participation in cases of non-compliance.

9. Limitation of Liability

The ASFB and STHLMFW are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in STHLMFW.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

12. Amendments

STHLMFW reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
