Brand Relations Manager

As Brand Relations Manager, you will act as the primary contact for STHLMFW Core Schedule Brands, fosteringcollaboration and ensuring alignment with ASFB’s strategic goals. This role spans Stockholm Fashion Week(STHLMFW), and also touches on Swedish Threads as well as ASFB Member Meet-Ups, working to support memberbrands, coordinate participation, and build long-lasting relationships. Through strategic communication and hands-oncoordination, this role ensures brands are fully engaged and contributing to the success of the ASFB’s initiatives.

STOCKHOLM FASHION WEEK

  • Act as the main point of contact for member brands, coordinating runway schedules and VIP lists.
  • Support brands in securing venues and accessing PR and production services.
  • Facilitate collaboration between brands and external partners to ensure smooth operation.

SWEDISH THREADS

  • Assist the Director in recruiting and coordination mentorships and guest speakers.

ASFB MEMBER EVENTS & RELATIONS

  • Represent ASFB during member breakfasts, lunches, and other events depending on availability.
  • Gather insight on brand priorities to align initiatives with members.

GENERAL ASFB COMMUNICATIONS

  • Maintain and update the Notion Database of contacts for brands, sponsors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with the Director and team to ensure brand activities align with ASFB’s goals.

Event & Partnerships Manager

As Event & Partnership Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering experiences across the Association of SwedishFashion Brands’ (ASFB) initiatives. From the high-profile core events of Stockholm Fashion Week (STHLMFW) to thefinal presentation of Swedish Threads, this position is pivotal in coordinating partnerships, managing logistics, andensuring event execution. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational excellence to supportASFB’s mission of strengthening Swedish fashion globally - from home.

STOCKHOLM FASHION WEEK

  • Oversee Event Production -planning and execution- of STHLMFW Core Events in collaboration with external partners including: Opening Ceremony, STHLMFW Exhibit, North Star Gala Dinner, STHLMFW Official After Party, Nexus Dinner.
  • Collaborate with external production bureaus and other Leads & Managers for event execution and guest list curation.
  • Manage relationships with venue partners, ensuring cost-effective and subsidised venue agreements for memberbrands.
  • Ensure collaborator contributions align with the ASFB’s goals.

SWEDISH THREADS

  • Plan and execute the Swedish Threads final presentation at Soho House Stockholm.

ASFB MEMBER EVENTS & RELATIONS

  • Assist in organising breakfasts and lunches, ensuring smooth execution and member engagement.

GENERAL ASFB COMMUNICATIONS

  • Collaborate with the Director and team to align event strategies with ASFB’s goals.
  • Provide logistical and operational support across projects to ensure overall success.

Junior Marketing & Project Coordinator

The Junior Marketing & Project Coordinator will support ASFB’s communications and project management efforts across its initiatives, including Stockholm Fashion Week, Swedish Threads, and ASFB Member Events. This role combines hands-on marketing and communication tasks with direct project assistance to the ASFB Director, offering exposure to a variety of responsibilities in the Swedish fashion industry.

STOCKHOLM FASHION WEEK

  • Assist in the development and implementation of PR and communication strategies.
  • Create engaging press releases, social media content, and newsletters.
  • Help manage media relations to secure coverage and enhance the event’s visibility.

SWEDISH THREADS

  • Coordinate the promotion of the program through announcements and media outreach.
  • Assist in preparing communication materials for the final presentation event.

ASFB MEMBER EVENTS & RELATIONS

  • Support the coordination and communication of member events, including invitations, updates, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Assist in managing RSVPs and ensuring a smooth flow of information between ASFB, guest speakers and its members.

GENERAL ASFB COMMUNICATIONS

  • Draft and distribute communication for all ASFB updates, and events in relevant channels.
  • Work with the Director to prepare ASFB’s monthly Members Letter.
  • Ensure all communications reflect ASFB’s tone of voice and strategic goals.

PROJECT ASSISTANCE

  • Assist the Director with scheduling, research, and preparation for meetings and presentations.
  • Provide organizational support for ASFB’s projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with external partners and team members to streamline operations.

Junior Hospitality & Logistics Coordinator

As the Hospitality & Logistics Coordinator, you play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations across ASFB’s keyinitiatives. This role focuses on managing the logistics for Stockholm Fashion Week (STHLMFW), Swedish Threads, andASFB Member Meet-Ups. From coordinating VIP hospitality to managing guest lists and event logistics, this positionensures that every detail is handled efficiently to create impactful and memorable experiences for guests andstakeholders.

STOCKHOLM FASHION WEEK

  • Manage the Hospitality List, including VIP buyers, press, and key industry profiles.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, and event access for hospitality guests.
  • Collaborate with brands to ensure VIP guests are seated appropriately at shows and presentations.
  • Oversee and assist on-site logistics during events, ensuring smooth operations and handling last-minute adjustments.

SWEDISH THREADS

  • Assist with the scheduling and coordination of guest speakers and mentors.
  • Provide logistical support for students and academic partners throughout the program.
  • Manage event logistics for the final presentation event, including venue setup and guest management.

ASFB MEMBER EVENTS & RELATIONS

  • Handle RSVPs, guest lists, and seating arrangements for member events.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and on-site logistics for breakfasts, lunches, and networking events.
  • Provide logistical support to Neda and Thérèse to enhance member engagement.

GENERAL ASFB COMMUNICATIONS

  • Support the team with logistical tasks across ASFB projects, ensuring timelines and operational goals are met.
  • Assist in vendor coordination and managing relationships with service providers for events.

Internships

The ASFB is looking for interns to support the team in various aspects of event planning and external communication. You will work alongside our team to assist with projects like Stockholm Fashion Week (STHLMFW), Swedish Threads, and other member-focused initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in an environment working between brands, government, and schools.

Note: This internship is unpaid and requires your time to be financially supported by CSN in Sweden, your school, or a similar program if coming from abroad.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the team with tasks related to event planning and coordination, including logistics, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Support external communications, such as managing RSVPs, drafting emails, and preparing materials for events.
  • Help maintain internal tools, including updating the Notion database for contacts and schedules.
  • Provide general administrative support across ASFB’s key initiatives, including member events and project management.
  • Collaborate with the team on various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • A student or recent graduate with an interest in event planning, communications, or the fashion industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Swedish is a plus).
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Based in your internships time period as required by your school.
