The Official Event Schedule highlights the diverse range of fashion, culture, and industry-related events taking place across Stockholm during Stockholm Fashion Week^®, June 2–5, 2025. Listed events will be showcased on our website alongside the official show & presentation schedule, ensuring visibility to our global audience.

This is an opportunity for brands, creatives, and organisations both within and beyond the fashion industry to be part of the wider STHLMFW experience. Events in this schedule may overlap, unlike the official show & presentation calendar, where time slots are exclusive.

Event profile & visibility

Each listed event will have a dedicated profile on our website, featuring:

• An event image of your choice
• Event details, including time, location, and description
• Organiser information and RSVP details for attendees

Events can be invite-only, open to the public, RSVP for entry or ticketed with RSVP and ticketinstructions provided on your event page.

Events can be physical or digital, spanning a maximum of four days during STHLMFW.

Considerations

‍

• Hospitality Guest Program: Unlike the official runway schedule, listing an event here does not guarantee attendance from our STHLMFW Hospitality List of key press, buyers, and industry figures.
• Multiple Events: If you are submitting more than one event, each must be applied for separately.
